Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason and receive a full refund.

Conditions:

  • You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Once you have informed us, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

  • Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Non-Cancellable Items

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Perishable goods

  • Sealed items which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

Returning Items

To return your items:

  1. Contact us at contact@happylawns.co.uk to request a return.

  2. Repack the items securely in their original packaging (where possible).

  3. Include your order number and name inside the parcel.

  4. Send the return to the address we provide.

Please note: You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original method of payment.

  • If you cancelled before items were dispatched, we will issue a refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@happylawns.co.uk.

  • We may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

  • In such cases, we will also reimburse any reasonable return postage costs.
