APlusLift HW-8S car lift (auto hoist) package is over 14 foot long and over 1,500LB. It CANNOT be unloaded with liftgate. Customer MUST have a forklift or similar equipment to unload the lift from freight truck. Delivery is on paved road only. Customers may pick up the lift at a nearby freight terminal. Please contact us for a terminal address. Package must be signed and received by an adult. Additional charges may apply for delayed delivery (cannot accept delivery or pick up from the terminal for over a week) or delivery in remote areas (e.g. Key West, FL) or high cost areas (e.g. Manhattan, NY). No delivery inside a building or to a backyard. All Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We do warranty for replacement parts only. There is no labor warranty on this product.
