3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
4. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. You can return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
5. How do I return an item?
Just email us at contact@happylawns.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (UK only).
6. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please email us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund—your satisfaction is our priority.
8. Can I exchange my order for a different model?
Yes. If you need a different lawn mower model or variant, we can arrange an exchange as long as the original item is returned in unused condition.
9. Are there any items that can’t be returned?
We cannot accept returns of items that:
- Are returned after 30 days
- Are damaged due to misuse
- Are not in original condition or packaging
