- Item must be in unused, original condition with tags and original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

- Return label: Download and print customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Restocking fee: £50 (fixed cost per return)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at
contact@happylawns.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@happylawns.co.uk with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and post it using your chosen courier.
Exchanges
- If you need a different item or variation, we will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- A £50 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged through misuse or negligence.
- Products returned after the 30-day window.
